Phil spent 20 years in the global shipping industry — from ships officer, trading & brokerage operations to commercial shipping consultant — managing multimillion-dollar oil tanker fleets across international markets. He brings the same precision, risk management, and commercial thinking to every property deal.
Over the past 10 years Phil has built hands-on experience across BTL, HMO, property management, and BRR — investing himself as well as now offering sourcing opportunities and services for clients.
